Completely renovated, this apartment, which boasts over 150 years of history, has undergone a stunning transformation. Featuring light wooden floors, walls painted with lime wash, and the inclusion of exclusive stones, the design exudes an air of high elegance. The addition of fireplaces, massive wooden doors, and the preservation of beams in the ceiling contribute to the overall charm and sophistication of the space.

Project RL7, Palma old town
Indulge in the charm of a century-old apartment nestled in the legendary Calatrava of the old town. Meticulously reformed, this residence beautifully marries traditional Mallorcan characteristics with the simplicity of Scandinavian minimalism.
Dark wooden floors, an enchanting fireplace, and long, draping curtains create an inviting atmosphere that stands the test of time. The kitchen, seamlessly extends onto the private terrace, inviting you to savor every moment in the heart of the city.

Project WH, Santa Ponsa
In our recent project, we transformed a home, focusing on smart layout adjustments, new bathrooms, and a modern kitchen. By retaining elements like floors and the staircase and avoiding unnecessary electrical changes, we achieved a cost-effective facelift. To add a personalized touch, we also integrated some of the client's old favorite furniture into the design, creating a harmonious blend of the old and the new.
